This Privacy Policy describes how PRP Webs ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the TimeNinja mobile application (the "App"). We're committed to keeping your data minimal, private, and on your device.

1. Summary (TL;DR)

• We do not sell your personal data — ever.
• Your routines, tasks, and timing data are stored locally on your device.
• We don't require an account.
• Subscription processing is handled by Apple — we never see your payment information.
• The "Break It Down" AI feature runs entirely on-device using Apple Intelligence (Foundation Models). On older devices, a built-in rule-based fallback is used. No task text or personal data ever leaves your device for AI processing.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

• Onboarding data: Your name (optional), emoji, and selected mode (Self or Family). Stored only on your device.
• App content: Routines, tasks, deadlines, photos for routine steps, and timing history. Stored only on your device.
• Support requests: When you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Crash logs & performance: If you opt in to Apple's "Share with App Developers" setting, anonymized crash reports may be sent to us via Apple.
• Subscription status: Apple provides us with a signed token indicating whether you have an active subscription. We don't receive your name, email, or payment info from Apple.

2.3 On-device AI processing

When you use the "Break It Down" feature on an Apple Intelligence-capable device running iOS 26 or later, your task description is processed entirely on-device using Apple's Foundation Models framework. No task text is sent to TimeNinja or any third-party server. On devices that don't support Apple Intelligence, the app uses a small built-in rule-based keyword matcher that also runs entirely on-device.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide and operate the App's features.
• To respond to support requests.
• To process subscriptions through Apple.
• To fix bugs and improve stability (via aggregated crash data).

4. How We Share Information

We share information only with the following limited parties:

• Apple: for subscription processing and (if you opt in) anonymized crash reporting.
• Legal compliance: if required by law, court order, or government request.

We do not use third-party AI providers, analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or data brokers.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your app data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData and encrypted at rest by iOS. TimeNinja does not currently sync to iCloud — your data lives on your device only.

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS for all network requests.

6. Children's Privacy

TimeNinja can be used by families to create routines for children. In Family Mode, only a parent or guardian sets up the app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. No personal data leaves the device in Family Mode.

7. Your Rights

You can:

• Access and edit your data inside the app at any time.
• Delete all your data via Me → Delete All Data.
• Uninstall the app, which removes all local data.
• Request a copy of any data we hold by emailing cg@prpwebs.com.
• Request deletion of any data we hold by emailing the same address.

8. GDPR & CCPA

If you are in the EEA, UK, or California, you have additional rights including the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data, and to object to or restrict processing. Email cg@prpwebs.com to exercise these rights. We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA.

9. Third-Party Services

The App integrates only with the following Apple services, governed by Apple's privacy policy:

• App Store (purchases and downloads)
• StoreKit (subscription management)
• Foundation Models / Apple Intelligence (on-device AI, no data leaves the device)

10. Website Analytics

This website (timeninja.app) uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with the site — anonymized page views, clicks, scrolls, and session recordings. Clarity masks sensitive form inputs by default. Microsoft's privacy statement: privacy.microsoft.com. Microsoft Clarity is used only on this website. The TimeNinja iOS app contains no analytics or behavioral tracking of any kind.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email if you've contacted us. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
