Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TimeNinja mobile application and related services (the "Service") provided by PRP Webs ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TimeNinja independently. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or guardian's permission. In Family Mode, only the parent or guardian sets up and manages the app.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

3. Subscriptions, Free Trials & Billing

TimeNinja offers Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime plans. All subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store.

• Free trial: Eligible users may start a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your selected subscription will begin automatically.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Apple charges your payment method 24 hours before each renewal.
• Cancellation: You may cancel anytime through Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refunds: All refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Lifetime plan: A one-time purchase granting access to all Pro features for the supported life of the App on your Apple ID. It is non-refundable except as required by Apple.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to bypass subscription, paywall, or usage limits.
• Use automated means to access the AI breakdown feature in a way that abuses our infrastructure.
• Resell, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

5. AI Features

The "Break It Down" feature uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models (Apple Intelligence) on supported devices, and a built-in rule-based fallback on older devices. AI-generated suggestions are provided "as is" and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your context. You are responsible for reviewing all suggestions before acting on them. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI output.

6. Not Medical or Professional Advice

TimeNinja is a productivity tool, not a medical device or treatment. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent ADHD or any medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App (routines, tasks, photos, notes). Because content is stored on your device, we do not access, use, or claim any rights over it.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, logo, mascot, design, code, and content (excluding your user content), is owned by PRP Webs and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRP WEBS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, OR (B) US $50.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as required by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in India, unless local consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

14. Apple-Specific Terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and PRP Webs, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
